Recovering the guide - Ceton PCIe 4

I have been trying to get a guide download for the last 4 months. I've tried most of what's been posted, probably 100 attempts. Had it briefly, but lost it. I tried to install Norton, which screwed things up (so I deleted it). I lost my tuners and got a message to re-download the tuner software (from Ceton). I did this, and, lo and behold, after downloading it .... went through TV Signal Setup, and it worked (guide was downloaded). I believe the software download worked for me... it's worth a try if you're having problems.
