Partial/Not Recording & Guide Issues

I'm having some random issues with inconsistency in the Guide & recording.

After Windows 10 was released, my Guide disappeared. have a Guide after running setup again but I have to manually download the guide again every few days. Also, the guide isn't accurate, it will record a show at a certain time but it will turn out to be the wrong show. Lastly, some shows don't record at all, or partially records, even though I have a subscription. If I check History, it says recording cancelled by user. Setup below:

Windows 7 Ultimate
HD Homerun Prime (3 tuners)
Time Warner Digital Cable (Dallas, TX)

Any help is appreciated!

I have a similar issue. I noticed on 10/22 that my guide is just blank. I requested manual download several times, but it seems to do nothing.
How do you rerun setup?

Same here. No guide, and receive error message when trying to download manually.

Does anyone know the server(s) that the guide is downloaded from and maybe the protocol and ports?
If we had that, there is a chance that guide failures could be debugged using wireshark.
