Getting Astra UHD test channel working

I am trying to get the Astra UHD test channel working on WMC7 using my DVBsky 952 DVB-S2 card.

Channel details here: http://en.kingofsat.net/ultrahd.php I am trying to get the 28.2E feed working.

If I type in the details when doing a single transponder scan in WMC7 it doesn't find any channels.

Any ideas on how to proceed? or does DVB-S2 not support UHD?

My first guess would be that the lack of h.265 support is part of the issue.

The channel is broadcast using dvb-s2 according to the link above.
