Greetings and a Tuning Adapter question

Nice to see this site up. I was a long-time member of legacy GB. Haven't had much need for 7MC in the last year or so as we have started using U-Verse and Mediaroom 2.0. Thinking about making switch back to Time Warner Cable (better picture quality, "Wideband" internet). Saw some posts in here talking about updates to TAs allowing them to handle 4 tuners without having to daisy-chain two together. Any word on whether TWC has pushed this out systemwide? I'm in Triad NC region. I'll be honest, the daisy-chaining kept me away from a CETON 4-tuner setup — as well as the backorder issues with the initial run of cards.

Yes,

TA firmware was pushed out to all TWC sites earlier this fall.

I am in Greensboro/High Point and have a TWC TA and use it for my 2 tuner Hauppauge DCR-2650 without issue.

FCC requirements have had all MSOs (that use TAs) push out 4-tuner firmware (and in fact, it actually supports 6 tuners). I just checked with our support staff and they told me they aren't seeing the old (two-tuner) TA firmware at all anymore, so you should be good.
