Some TGB.tv updates

Hi folks, we've gotten some feedback about TGB.tv recently, so I thought I'd just update you on whats been changed.
1) We are now using reCaptcha instead of the old system, which was apparently difficult to read. reCaptcha isn't as fool-proof against spambots, but hopefully it will be effective in preventing it still.
2) I've limited links per post to 3. This should help limit the lone spammers ability to post. These tend to be humans that post nonsensical paragraphs with multiple links to shopping websites in a single post.
3) I've upped the limit of image posting to 1MB, as some users were having trouble previously.
