Simple way to remove Ads

Hi all

Is there a simple, but more importantly, non CPU/Disk intensive way to remove ads?

Something has to watch the show and mark the ads. That means disk access, and of course the "something" is a program that uses some CPU.

I've been using ShowAnalyzer for many years now. I have an i3 Clarkdale, and it works fine.
