WTB: Microsoft RC6 remote(s)

I jut added a new TV in my office and an Xbox 360 to use as an extender. Right now I've got a 360 in the living room and an Echo in the bedroom. 2 Microsoft branded RC6 remotes, that have the learning capability AND the TV power/volume controls. Everything works great - the same style remote for any TV in the house. Controls everything.

Anyway, I can't find another one on the internet for my new TV. I had a hell of a time the last time I bought one for my bedroom. Paid through the nose for a dirty nasty used one on eBay. Is there anyone here parting with some?

If there are more than one, I'd be interested in stocking up as they aren't easy to come by.

Thanks!

Are either of these them? I'm not sure what the Microsoft one looks like, do you have a pic?

No LuckyDay, he means these:

Yeah, they go for crazy money on eBay. I have stockpiled a bunch of spares by buying whenever I see a deal on them (wife thinks I am crazy for buying so many but they are the best). Just checked and I don't see anything reasonably priced on there right now.

You'd be best off moving to a newer remote, I have one of these also that are pretty nice, plus can control other devices too (Roku, etc.).

I thought there were Dell and Gateway version of the same remote that were just rebranded.

Very similar, but no backlighting or programmable Power and Volume buttons.

This thread has a lot of good info about the one 3rob3 mentioned. It's really an incredible remote for the money with far more functionality than the Microsoft remote.

Thanks for the replies. 3rob3, you're right, these are the best. I love that they're simplistic and don't have any extra features I don't need. WMC/Xbox is our only device to control anywhere, so it does everything.

I did a different eBay search and found a couple of them. I scored one for $10 - SUPER SUPER beat up, but for $10, I'm thinking I can take it's guts and put it into a Dell/Gateway remote + dremel a TV power button hole. Also high bidder for a nicer one, and watching a third. *fingers crossed*
