Sub Required Error Always when watching on 2nd device

i will have the live tv working fine when watching on my main tv, but the minute i try to pull it up on another PC, it spits out the sub required error on that pc when you try to change channels, and when i go back to the main pc, the sub error shows up on there, requiring a reboot of the main machine to get it back to normal on the main system, but still fails on the 2nd pc.. (using pcie 6)
