Backing up WMC 7 configuration and history

Backing up WMC 7 configuration and history
Im switching computers and want to make sure I backup WMC 7 as best I can. I am mainly concerned with transferring all of my recorded history data so that when I complete the transfer over to another computer, WMC 7 won't record programs I have already recorded and watched.

I have tried every method, but use this now:

I feel like whatever method I try though, that the recording HISTORY doesn't really get backed up because I always seem to get repeat recording of some shows over again. This only affects shows set to record all, not new only.
