Any chance of a driver for Windows 8 32-bit? I have a little dell tablet that would be great for watching live TV on when in bed.

We have no plans to develop a 32-bit Windows 8 driver - the amount of 32-bit Windows 8 PCs is very low. You can likely install the Windows 7 32-bit driver, but this is not something we officially support.
