When streaming to xbox, HTPC recordings are tiled

I have an hdhomerun dual tuner on my network.

I am using a xbox as extender. If I watch tv while my media center is recording, the recording cuts and have a lot of tile. If I watch tv with my other pc while the server is recording, I have no problems. It is only doing this if I use the xbox.

My server have an amd A10
I have a giga switch
I have sata hd.
8GB of ram

I monitor cpu, I/O and network trafic and every thing is very low.

I really don't know what is causing this.
If I watch the recordings with my other pc with a mapped drive, everything is fine. It seems that media center on my server is getting to busy to record properly when it is streaming to the xbox.

For now I will never use the xbox while my server is recording.

Fixed my problem. Tried another nic adaptor (dlink). no problems. Crappy NIC on motherboard again :(
