Set Screen Type to TV and lost my custom theme colors

In an effort to correctly display the picture on my tv, I went in to the configuration, and set the screen type as tv and ran the optimization. The picture is sized correctly, but doing this changed, some but not all of my red colored font to either a white, or teal color. I used Media Center Studio to set my font colors up initially, but can't find the color to change to get my font back to red. I also tried re-applying the theme to no avail. Anyone have any ideas, or know specifically what I need to do?

Tried using Media Center Themer now, and it won't work either. I've confirmed via the log that the colors and fonts being loaded are Segoe Media Center Light at 104,185,200, Segoe Media Center Light at 210,210,210, and Segoe Media Center at 210,210,210. I've set the xml to change them, but it's not working. Log also says : Theme loaded successfully from "C:\ProgramData\Media Center Themer\MCTDefault.xml", but obviously something is working.

I changed my screen type back to "Flat Panel" and it resolved me issue.
