Button to find HD feed

Is there any plugins out there that would function like Comcast's push button for HD feed? With all the channels available it takes to long to find each time :)

Why not just disable the SD feeds of the channels that you get the HD feeds on?

Could help but I would still have to remember all the channel numbers. I'm surprised with all the cable ready tuners hitting the market that this function is not available.

I will disable the non HD channels as suggested. Thanks

guide->view categories(left arrow)->HDTV.

Doesn't Comcast group all HD channels together? On any provider I've used they're all grouped together, currently on FiOS 502-1XXX are all HD

Unfortunately, Comcast (in St. Paul, MN anyway) mixes their HD and Non-HD channels. Something like this:

2-249 are SD
250-299 are HD
300-360 are Pay Movie Channels (HBO, Showtime, Starz, etc)

Beyond that are more HD Channels, Music Channels, PPV/PPV Sports channels, etc.

@kikflip

What I'd probably do is make a favorites channel guide that includes your preferred HD channels as well as your non-HD channel lineup.

I used to reassign all my hd stations to their sd channel number using guide tool. So let's say 620 is AEHD and 33AESD. I would disable 33AESD and renumber AEHD to 33. Or sometimes keep both and call hd 33.1

Go to the Guide click all the way to the left until VIEW CATEGORIES is displayed. Choose HDTV.

You can go to info about the show, and other showings will show it on the HD channel.
Here on TWC, the HD channels are 1000 higher than their SD counterparts (so if Comedy Central is 300, Comedy Central HD is 1300)
