I am starting to lose my marbles here.

Ceton InifiniTV in a WHS2011 box (C2D) and two Win7 clients. FiOS in NYC. FW 1.2.1.1, HW 6212 and latest public beta drivers on all three. Both clients have successfully run the DCA.

Everything worked on Sunday, the day of install. I zapped through a few channels, watched for 10-15 minutes, powered all down. When I came back 3hrs later, the tuners were gone, and the diag util could not find the card. I blame this on the Verizon Setup Agent the guys ran, which reset all of my network connections.

Anyway, that was all resolved thanks to the friendly Ceton support and I am back in full control of the card. The CC tab is full of green check marks. The clients too have found the network tuners, setup the TV signal, the TV guide is accurate. However, I don't get any picture - no matter if SD or HD.

If I have the Diag Tool tune into a channel, he says all is cool.

All worked on Sunday, so I struggle to blame it on the signal. Besides, the lead into the Ceton is 1 foot long and comes straight from that black Verizon box which, I would assume, is able to amplify signals.

Help? I can post a diag file.

Okay, have checked with the card's web interface. It seems the signal levels are sufficient, no?

Channel 505 (HD)
Signal Level: -1.3 dBmV
Signal To Noise Level: 34.8 dB

Channel 40 (SD)
Signal Level: 1.4 dBmV
Signal To Noise Level: 36.0 dB

Ok...Ceton Support works on Saturdays apparently.

Issue is resolved. The firmware updates had reset the bridging support to 'no'.

Thanks for tuning in. Thanks to Ceton and their awesome support.

Yea I must admit, that the Ceton support both times I had needed them was top notch.
