No InfiniTV Network bridging in Windows 8?

Interesting caveat in the mailshot from Ceton this evening:
Network Tuner Support: The InfiniTV network tuner bridging feature will not be available in Windows 8. If you use network tuners you should not upgrade.
I wonder what changed there? I presume it won't have the same impact on SD users.

No - Network Bridging means allowing another PC to "own" one of the tuners, so that 2 PCs can watch/record TV locally even though the InfiniTV is only physically installed in one of them.

Extenders like the XBox do not use Network Bridging.

I think they might just have to release official drivers for Win8 for this to start back working.

Will not be supported in windows 8. We sent out a newsletter about it. We will have a new Windows 8 driver pack though with fixes directly related to win 8.
