Wishlist for Specific Episode

If I want to use the wishlist feature to record a specific episode of a TV show, perhaps even an episode I recorded once before, but there was a problem with the recording what do I type in to make sure I get what I want and not a zillion other recordings of the same TV show. For instance let's say I want to record an episode of 30 Rock called "Hiatus." Do I type in, "30 Rock Hiatus"? I think that will still give me almost every recording of 30 Rock. If I just type in, "Hiatus" will that be enough to ensure that I get this specific episode of 30 Rock?
