XBox 360 Controller Chatpad as Windows Keyboard?

A place to talk about GPUs/Motherboards/CPUs/Cases/Remotes, etc.

Does anyone know if thumboard/keyboard support for windows will ever become a reality? I'd love to use my XBox controller with thumboard as a windows keyboard. (perfect for setting up new MCE recordings etc)

Many use a small IBM/Lenovo keyboard. An xbox even recognizes it.

The Lenovo one looks pretty good

Lenovo Enhanced Multimedia Remote with backlit keyboard N5902 (cheaper on ebay)

This other one on amazon looks like a good deal but has mixed reviews.

FAVI Entertainment Wireless Keyboard (Built-in TouchPad/Laser Pointer) - Black

I'm on my phone, or I would have given a link. Watch dealnews.com for a deal on the Lenovo.

As for the other, beats me. It looks less ergonomic to me. I'd be sticking with the Lenovo.
