Need help changing my current channel lineup

#1

Post by Paul Anderegg » Wed Dec 15, 2021 2:56 pm

Cox Cable overnight disabled all of their 1000+ channels, and have limited their lineup to single to triple digit channels. I can't figure out how to disable all my 1000 channels and add their single and double digit counterparts in EPG123. Any help greatly appreciated.

Fortunately my OTA tuners and listings are not affected.

OK, so I figured out how to subscribe the new channels such as 2 from left from old 1002 on the right, but the 1000 channels are all that I have on the right, and EPG is throwing an error on me. In WMC the guide shows the correct new channel numbers and tunes to them properly. I think my ability to update the guide is now broken because those 1000+ channels which my listings are subscribed to are probably no longer getting updated? I don't know how to change the listings on the right pane of the the configurator to show anything other than the limited set of 1000 channels I had when I first set EPG123 up.

Well, whatever I did, all my guide listings are now blank after clicking apply and exit in EPG :(

Thank you Cox.
