The Login button will be greyed out if you are successfully logged in to Schedules Direct. That is normal.

Have you run an update to see if the error clears?

Looks like everything is back to normal today. I made no updates to my software or process.

I believe you are saying the issue was on SDs side (now fixed), and your update to EPG123 was just to make it more tolerant of errors.

Correct. SD is correcting the errors from their upstream source to be no longer an issue for us (viewtopic.php?p=146694#p146694). The code I added in yesterday's release will allow/adapt to the error if any more come through.

Be careful, we don't want EPG123 to become sentient, it might start wanting days off.

The new version fixed it for me. Thank You very much, Gary. That fix was right on time. I just made a small donation and I would kindly encourage everyone finding this solution to make one as well. :clap:

The v1.7.0.12 update still does not work for me.

Anyone else still unable to update their EPG or must I do a full reinstall? :(

Thanks for the info on the grayed out Login.

But no, any attempt to update fails. No idea why.

PS: I can't select any channels in the Config app:

CRAP! WMC went out on me again this morning.

First thing I checked was to see if another "Windows Update" installed/broke my connection, but there have been no new updates since the one I removed last Sunday.

Got a "login failed" popup (I use "Schedules Direct") and can't connect. Should I try running the patch again? :(

FOLLOW-UP: Tried reinstalling the latest v12 of EPG123, and while it restored my "lineups", it stalls after step 1 of 13 in the update. Tray Icon (now Blue) says "Downloading 1/13 Process" but no further. :(

Take a look at the log file. It will probably show you were having connection problems with SD. I saw a headline that the AWS servers may be having issues again, but didn't look into it.

First thing you should do when having a problem with epg123 updates is to look at the log file. That is what it is there for.

Looks like you were able to login and get a token, but it timed out on requesting your account status. On the second run for an update, it says you don't have any stations selected for download.

I recently have had the same problem that is in the thread, but I did not see a solution.

[7/24/2023 12:20:19 AM] [ERROR] There are 0 stations queued for download from 1 subscribed lineups. Exiting.

The strange part is the day I paid for my yearly membership at SD is when this started. The GUI says my line-up is DELETED, so I removed the lineup, and then put the lineup back in where I selected "Xfinity-Albuquerque", then Save & Apply, the lineup immediately went to "DELETED" again. Tried it a few times, same results. Updated EPG to the latest, same results.

After any changes EPG123, gets stuck on step 1/13 then seems to error out.

I even went to SD and deleted my lineup there and put it back, again, same results.

I even reverted back to last week's image, I save image backup's of my HTPC so I do not have to reinstall everything if trying something new breaks something, Anyway I reverted back to an image where it used to work and I still got the same problem. The point is I do not think this is me but I do not know what to do from here. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated because I am pulling my hair out of head and trust me when I say this as a 48 year old male. I do not have much hair left to be pulling out.

Check the path to where EPG123 is saving your data. It could be saved to a temp folder that is automatically deleted on Logoff/Reboot.

That's got nothing to do with what he is seeing. The lineup is flagged as deleted from either SD or Gracenote. If there are no other Xfinity lineups available to add, then most likely a problem with SD. Submit a ticket with SD to look into it.
