Edit DVR-MS Metadata -- got a copy?

Hey hey, way back in 2015 there was mention here of a utility that lets you change the metadata of WMC recordings. It's called Edit DVR-MS Metadata. I have a need and that could be just the thing. But where to get it?

There's a link to an MSDN blog post where you once could download it, but that post doesn't exist anymore. The Wayback Machine has a the archived post, but I couldn't open the zip I downloaded from it.

Does anyone happen to still have a copy?

I'll do you one better...

User "Charles" found the source code for this and updated it with more features, you can find it in this thread. Be sure to get the latest version (1.2.1) posted in one of the followup posts...
