Schedule Direct Lineup Sync with EPG123

#1

Post by mcamino » Mon May 11, 2020 1:50 pm

Hello. I am a basic question. I have a lineup in schedules direct for my cabletv provider. I have gone and excluded certain channels under that lineup on their website. When i login to schedule direct under epg123, and sync that lineup, it automatically pulls down ALL channels and not just the channels i selected online. what is the easy way to sync/fix this?

There is no configuration to perform on their (Schedules Direct) website which only manages the XML server (SD-DD); EPG123 uses their JSON server (SD-JSON).

Configuration of lineups on the JSON server is handled through EPG123.

Is there a way to make changes to the SD-JSON via the webpage SD has?

No, all configuration of your account on the JSON server is done through client software (wrt Schedules Direct). They do not provide a web interface for it.

EPG123 provides the ability to trim out the stations you do not want to download. You will have to duplicate the efforts you did on the SD-DD server in the EPG123 Configuration GUI.
