Greetings!
I'm very new to this and may be missing something here. I've run the client setup several times and it continues to skip step 3. I've clicked around a bit to see if there's a way to manually add my Schedule Direct credentials, but I'm not finding anything.
Windows 7 Pro x64
OTA with 2 Hauppauge HVR-2250
This is a trial run before I move to my main HTPC with cablecard. I'm scared, my wife is miffed the TV isn't working, the pressure is finally on.
Here's the last bit of the log:

You need to do a "Full Install" of EPG123 which includes the "server" part as well which is Step 3.
Just run the epg123Setup_vX.Y.Z.z.exe file again and choose to install the Full Install, once the files are copied over, select to open EPG123 and you will be at Step 3, part 1. There is no need to repeat steps 1 & 2.

Ugh, I'm embarrassed for not trying that. I figured I didn't need the server since both PCs are standalone.
Thank you soooooo much for providing this. Once I find the donation button I'm hooking you up. You're saving me ~$30/mo and the effort to reconfigure the setup the family is accustomed.

Ahh. So only 1 of your PCs needs to have the server component, but it needs to share the output C:\ProgramData\GaRyan2\epg123\output\epg123.mxf file for the other PC to import. Reference setting the client mode scheduled task here (http://epg123.garyan2.net/install/finalstep/).
Depending on how you share the MXF file, you may need to change the user of the scheduled task to have unattended access.

and just to be clear to the OP: while you CAN set u the server on one machine and simply use its output for multiple client machines, that's not required.
You may also simply do a full setup independently on each machine, standalone.

If you do this, make sure that the two machines connect to Schedules Direct at different times of the day, as SD does not allow you to access it with the same account from two different machines at the same time.
