Choppy video after Epg123 install
I have just installed epg123 on my Windows 7 media center, and have the guide update working. However, all recorded video freezes and stutters, even if it was recorded before the change to Epg123. I tried updating the Shark007 codec pack, but it has no effect. When I watch video on my raspberry pi Osmc unit over my network, the video is still choppy, IF Windows media center is running on my main computer. IF I shutdown the application, I can play recorded tv that was recorded before the change to Epg123 on the Osmc unit without stuttering. I have tried setting system to favor background processes, and that does not help. Any ideas, anyone?

EPG123 has nothing to do with video playback. Something else is wrong.
Can you play the recordings using VLC Media Player (https://www.videolan.org/)? Assuming the recordings are not copy protected. Also, copy one of the non-copy protected recordings to USB Thumb drive and try to play the recording on another computer.
You may have a failing hard drive. Check the health of the hard drive using Hard Disk Sentinel or Crystal Disk Info.
