Sure.

1) Close the client (EPG123 Client Guide Tool) for now.
2) For the server (EPG123 Configuration v1.3.0), click the red dot and select 'Include' in the drop down. The dot should change to green.
3) Select all the stations on the right side you wish to download and include in your guide.
4) Click the [Save & Execute] button.

When that completes, open the client and share a screenshot please. I will need to be able to see the right side channel listings from 'EPG123 Freesat - Cable (North West)'.

HOLD ON: I just noticed that your tuners are DVB-T, and the lineup in your account is Freesat - Cable. I believe you might need to select your terrestrial lineup. Do you have that setup? Maybe a Freeview tower?

It looks like you want 'Freeview - Cable (North West)' which you can find using the lineup search for Great Britain Freeview and select the 'Douglas' tower.

Since we used the Freesat lineup, and not the Freeview lineup, the channels may not have mapped correctly. Do you want to change to the Freeview lineup? It will make things easier.

Well, this might be lengthy.

1) In the client, click the red 'X' next to the 'EPG123 Freesat - Cable (North West)' lineup pulldown.
2) Close the client.
3) Open the 'EPG123 Configuration' GUI and click the [Lineups] button.
4) Click the [Add New] button.
5) In the pulldown, select 'Great Britain Freeview', and then scroll down the results window to double-click 'Douglas'.
6) Click [Apply & Exit].
7) Change the green button back to red for the 'Freesat - Cable (North West)' lineup. It will be 1 of the 4 Lineup tabs.
8) Find the 'Freeview - Cable (North West)' lineup tab, make sure the button is green, and select the stations you want to download.
9) Click [Save & Execute].

Your results should be better for the matching.

Click the Country combobox pulldown and you will see 'Great Britain Freeview' as an option.

EDIT: and actually, the Freeview option you see for you postal code is the same, so if you want to select that, you can.

Because you have the 'Automatically download...' option enabled (by default), it selected every station that was not included in the Freesat lineup which are highlighted in pink.

You can select any channels you want to get listings for. This screen, on the server, is only showing you what guide listings you can download are and don't necessarily reflect the stations that you can actually tune to. You will see those on the left side of the client.

So client, left side, is what you can receive and watch. The right side of the server shows you all the stations you can download. The right side of the client will show you what you have downloaded.

You can also select 'All', which is right by the green button. If you receive them all, then you can have guide listings for them all.

Also, after this part is done, you will have some cleanup to do because some of your stations share the same channel number and EPG123 might not get the mapping correct for those. Example is 7 Liverpool TV (LVPOLTV) and 7 That's TV (THMANUK).

You already have it selected don't you? BBC1LDH on channel 101 for BBC One HD (London)?

Ah, after you change a selection, you are going to have to do a [Save & Execute] again to create a new MXF file and import that updated version into WMC.

Do you have channel 103 on the left side of the client?

You can click the Match by: [# Number] button on the left side of the client.
