Problem solved: posted for others
Using an Silicon Dust HDHomerun Prime tuner with FIOS cable card.
LiveTV works great.
Watch a show that is currently being recorded...unwatchable.
Tried to watch the recorded show the next day when it wasn't also being recorded...still unwatchable.
Deleted all other recordings...works.
LiveTV works...Recorded TV stutters/freezes/audio only
