How to change the time for automatic guide updates?

I recently did a reinstall, and cannot find the article on how to change the time 7MC checks for guide updates. Can someone point me in the right direction? I have a Ceton, if that makes a difference.

Good grief, I thought I looked there already, but must have missed it. Task Scheduler-> Library-> Microsoft-> Windows-> Media Center.
