Do i need to rerun setup tv signal after installing new ant?

Do i need to rerun setup tv signal after installing new ant?
I cant get any channels with my computers tv card and a new tv antenna., but the antenna works fine on my tv. will running setup setup tv signal again help?

No. You only need to rerun setup if you made a change to the tuners themselves.
