Hello All,
I am having an issue with my cable card not allowing access to digital cable channels. Every time I try and access any of the premium channels or higher level channels WMC says "Subscription Required". I had comcast send a refresh signal and I have tried restarting with the cable disconnected. Nothing is working. I also have a comcast box in another room that had an error this morning, but I was able to restart it and everything is working fine now. Any suggestions? Comcast wont be out till Thursday, but I have doubt they will be able to help.

Your CableCard is probably not paired or provisioned properly; or it's defective. What tuner are you using?
