I'm trying to diagnose an issue with my OTA setup (Win7).
I'm using a Silicon Dust HDHomeRun DUAL and I've noticed that some channels report no/weak signal w/WMC but Silicon Dust's TV viewer app tunes/displays these channels just fine.
It's easy enough for me to dump out of WMC and use the app to view these channels, but if anyone has a suggestion as to what's causing this, I'd like to know.
OTA issue: WMC won't tune channel that Tuner App will

Sorry for the delay...
City: San Leandro, CA
Zip: 94577
Stations:
2-1 (Fox)
7-1 (ABC)
(these two are consistently the worst)
It's likely a borderline signal/reception issue, but for some reason the WMC tuner app goes blue with the no-signal message while the stand-alone viewer app will at least show the program with a rare-ish breakup.
Thanks!

Thats quite a delay
According to rabbitears.info, those are the only two stations in San Fran with repeaters.
Both the actual station and the repeater are combined under one guide listing. So, WMC is just picking the wrong channel to listen to.
Go into Edit Channels and then Edit Sources and unselect the listed sources that are for the channels you cant receive.

Again, sorry for the long delay. Thank you!
Right-clicking on the channel to edit it revealed that both sources were selected. I removed the check-boxes next to the 'wrong' channels and it looks like it works.
Thanks again.
