The nextflix tile in media center disappeared on me a few weeks ago. I tried using mce toolbox with the guide here:http://www.acs-digital-media.com/netflix-fix.html but it didn't work.
Does anyone else having this problem, or a possible solution?

So I used mce toolbox and just selected netflix (movies promo )again and started working for me

Hmmm...you're lucky. I installed the tile just fine, but when I click it nothing happens.

What's your location ?. If outside US ensure Mcupdate has not replaced the files, there is a fix Netflix button on the ribbon which will replace the updated files.
Have you set the path and arguments correctly ?
Path = C:\Windows\ehome\ehshell.exe
Arguments = -launchcoded:{e6f46126-f8a9-4a97-9159-b70b07890112}\{982ea9d3-915c-4713-a3c8-99a4688b7c59}

Have you tried removing the Netflix addin and reinstall from Media Center.
Just uninstalled mine, reinstalled and run fine.
