While attempting to sort my recordings by date, I discovered that the time (of day) listed in the Windows File Explorer reads "12:00 AM" for every file, yet if I Right-click for Properties, the recording time is correct.
Only .WTV files have this problem. Any ideas? Thx
PS: Tried a different program to list my files, same thing.
All of my TV Recordings are dated "12:00 AM".

The date is set to 12:00 AM on the date the episode originally aired.
For example:
The date is 2004 and 1998 for the first 2 shows. I don't know if there's a way to change it. Try sorting by Date Created maybe?

Try adding "Recording Time" to the detailed view

It's the WMC equivalent of the VCR that blinks "12:00".Mugsy wrote:While attempting to sort my recordings by date, I discovered that the time (of day) listed in the Windows File Explorer reads "12:00 AM" for every file
