Minimum hardware requirements to access a tuner

Hi everyone, I have an old Acer Aspire Revo r3610 running a dual core Atom 330 with Ion graphics.

Would that be strong enough to access a tuner installed on another pc and run without problems?

If not, what level would I have to start at without any problems? I'd likely be using an infinitv 6, but am considering other tuners.

This is considering an optimal lan connection.
