(FIXED) ECHO extender - DCA issues

This is really annoying. Ceton should really write their own app for Windows since WMC is now DOA. They are going to have trouble selling products if they don't. I'm trying to get my Ceton media extender working in windows 8.1. It records fine I'm able to watch it through plex but the functionality is very limited. Nothing comes up on the screen when I select it on my phone in My Media Center app. My guess is because I never passed DCA. Before I troubleshoot more I want to pass DCA. What I've tried

Old Firepro - Didn't do dual link DVI so I couldn't hook it up to the monitor at home. So I ordered a XFX AMD Radeon HD 7750 1GB.

Cleaned off drivers folders registry

Hooked up the 7750 to the monitor it doesn't pass. Figured windows 8 may just not like HDCP for this cheap monitor so I got the long HDMI cable out and hooked it up to my Samsung TV. BTW the monitor worked off a 7950 in windows 7.

This worked. Can't play directly on PC but the extenders work.
