[RESOLVED]Invalid password after re-installing MMC Services

#1

Just did a fresh install of Windows 7. I reinstalled My Media Center but I can't connect. The (android) apps locate the PC, but it says the password is invalid. I did not set up a password. I tried adding a password to the server and the apps but it still says "invalid password". Any ideas?

Are you sure your date/time and time zone are in sync?

Umm.. Nope. I noticed the time zone was wrong yesterday but I didn't try the app again after fixing it. Works like a charm. Thanks for the reply.

No problem. That is the usual issue. If you see a password wrong popup that means that it could find the server but either the password was wrong or there was another reason such as time/date.
