Hi all. I am trying to do the following:
(1) get wmc to download and use synopsis/artist info from the net
(2) stop wmc and wmp from over wiring my cover art! - all stored as folder.jpg
(3) save the synopsis data in a separate dedicated folder (rather than adding loads of random files to my media folders)
i have tries various settings with varying degrees of success, but could someone confirm the settings i need in wmc and wmp to achieve 1 and 2, and is 3 even possible?!
my music is stored as wma lossless and dvd rips are .iso. Are these formats supported for media info in the native progs ? Is there are naming and subfolder convention i should use?
