Echo wear and tear?

#1

Post by TeddyR » Sat Jul 13, 2013 5:22 pm

Not sure if this is a unique item or if it is happening to others:

my echo now has an issue where there are two elastic "bands" that seem to have separated from the unit (between the front plate and the body and between the rear plate and the body)... Operations are still as before...

The echo seemed to be something that should not have had any such wear and tear so are there any other items to be aware of?
Time is on my side.

Can you take a pic?
How is the Echo positioned / located in your setup?

Have you been moving it around a lot?

Front plate and rear plate? I wonder if it's the plastic protective film or remnants of it.

This should not happen. You should open a support ticket with us.
