Duplicate Recorded TV files appear after BSOD

While running WMC 7 on my HTPC I had a BSOD and now I have the same file show up twice in WMC 7 complete with thumbnail. For example the same recording of the TV show "Cult" shows up as "file:///F:/Recorded%20TV/Cult_WPCWDT_2013_07_12_21_00_01.wtv" and "File://htpc2-pc/Recorded%20TV5/Cult_WPCWDT_2013_07_12_21_00_01.wtv". Now every file I had on the hard disk I was recording to shows up twice complete with thumbnail. Can someone tell me what happened to create this situation and how to fix it? Thanks.

I don't know off the top of my head where you will find this in your settings, but it sounds like the library location for your recorded TV has been duplicated. Go delete the duplicate entry in your library settings.
