XBOX can't search directories

I swapped out my existing hard drive (E:) with a new RAID0 setup (M:). After doing this, I was unable to play music or see pictures from my Windows 7 PC or either of my 2 XBOXs from Windows Media Center. I was able to fix the issue on my Windows 7 PC by editing the registry. I went into the following key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders and changed all references to E: to point to the new directory structure (M:). Once I verified that this worked, I loaded the hive registry for each XBOX user and made the same adjustment. However, that has not corrected the issue for the XBOXs. I'm not sure what my options are at this point. I was thinking that I could go into System Properties - User Profiles and remove them from the system. Since I'm not sure how this should be handled, I thought I'd ask before I break something. Any suggestions?
