Black screen when trying to learn more

Hello

I clicked on the learn more button in the tasks menu in WMC and the screen went black. I've been unable to get it back. I launched the task manager and it thinks that WMC is running just fine.

I've kind of confirmed this because when I try to do a restart of the computer I get the message that it is waiting for WMC to finish recording a show.

I have the latest drivers installed for my ATI 4670 card, and I can bring up the start menu with the windows key and it is just fine.

Was that the big red button that I should not have pushed or is there some other issue at work here.
