Harmony 700 Can't Go Directly to a Channel

Like I say a long shot.
If you say your HP remote is having the same problem, then the issue points to WMC itself.
I'd start by running TV Signal Setup again, and with only one tuner.

Yes this makes sense.

initialley I setup TV signal for my 950 as a single tuner however I never tested my current issuse.

Then I obtained the 1600 and resetup TV signal for 2 tuners.

If my issuse is resolved w/ just one tuner setup as one tuner can I then resetup the USB tuner also as a single tuner? or if having 2 tuners must they be setup as 2 tuners?

I would opt. for having 2 tuners and my issuse compared to having one tuner and resolving this issuse,
