I just noticed that guide is showing NO DATA AVAILABLE for a small number of channels. By way of example for my lineup channel 791 for BravoHDP and 770 TLCPHD. I wrote to Schedules Direct and their reply was that they had data for those channels. They sent me the listings for 770, I assume they had some for 791. They asked if I had checked the logs, refreshed epg123 and a few other things.
I hadn't looked at the logs because the taskbar notification was green. But after the SD email I looked and saw a no token error (epg123 v. 1.8.2.2). Reporting this because the notification hadn't showed red in taskbar. There were no other recent errors.
I installed v. 1.8.2.9 and downloaded guide info. There were no errors, however the channels with missing data were still missing.
So I then did a guide listing refresh AND a WMC database rebuild and downloaded data again. Channels still missing. No errors in the log.
The only other thing I've noticed is in the EPG123 Client Guide Tool, the right side panel shows, for example, BRAVOHP 791 Bravo HD (Pacific). BUT: the left side panel for 791 shows nothing at all (except the check mark showing it subscribed).
Help! Thanks.

The checkmark doesn't mean it is subscribed, it means it is enabled in the guide. The listings for those channels are apparently not mapped to the channels. Click the Match by: [# Number] button.

OK. Match by Number made BRAVO HD (Pacific) show up... AND FIXED IT!
Not sure when I might have changed from number to call sign (it might have been just today after I was having problems)
Where does mapping happen?
THANK YOU!

The match by number or callsign buttons are strictly action buttons within the client GUI. The match by callsign will only do anything if the callsign from the tuner is the same as the callsign from the guide listings provided by SD/Gracenote. Your scheduled task evidently does not have the 'Automatch' option enabled which would have mapped the listings to the tuner channel automatically for you (by # number).

I've been running EPG123 for MANY years now and this somehow cropped up just now. Anyhow, I've deleted the task so that I could check automatch and created a new one. Assuming that won't mess anything up... thx.
