Auto Download mkv and convert to .WTV

Auto Download mkv and convert to .WTV
Is anyone doing this using DVRMStoolbox or any other software? I've seen an older tutorial converting mkv to DVR-MS but I know there's an MKV to WTV feature now. I tried this a couple of years ago to get British and Canadian shows that we don't get in the US, and could only get it to sort of work. Interested in trying it again. Never have problem with the download part, but never seem to get the process of converting to fully show up with metadata and all. Any help would be appreciated.

Wtv mpeg2 is ok and works (dvrms) but results in huge file size.
Wtv h264 is flaky because it can only do a demux and REPLACE INTO wtv comtainer with dvrms toolbox which is e only one doing this.
Thus it works if the h264 encodingnis just right for wtv but doesnt play otherwise even if it plays in wmp 12
