Wrong guide info for hallmark channels comcast Portland
this is been going on for awhile now, but the wife made me look into it. three of the hallmark channels have wrong guide info. I posted this with SD "on 2022-09-10 at 8am local time on channel 1458 the schedule says "game set love" but is actually "Golden girls" This is just the current example the whole lineup has been off for some time now. The channels in question that i know about are: 1458: HALLHD "Hallmark Channel HD" (stationID 66268), 1459: HMMHD "Hallmark Movies & Mysteries HD" (stationID 46710), 1460: HALLDR "Hallmark Drama" (stationID 105723). I got this message back from SD "OK; you'll need to ask on the EPG123 forum to determine why that's happening; on our servers, the data appears to be accurate." This is all set up for comcast digital Portland OR 97019. I have been using epg 123 since the beginning, but It has just worked so I am not very familiar with the tools involved

There is nothing to do in EPG123. What it appears to me is that the time zone setting on your computer is not correct. According to https://tvlistings.zap2it.com, Golden Girls played on 1458 from 0500 - 0700 with "Game, Set, Love" starting at 0800. The zap2it site uses the same data that Schedules Direct uses. Go to the site and compare with what you see in WMC. If they are different, then it probably your time zone setting. If they are the same but what is actually showing on those channels are wrong, then the upstream provider (Gracenote) is wrong and SD can create a ticket with them to correct.

Thanks for the quick response. Just checked the time zone is correct. I checked zap2it and it has the same listing as the guide. So it looks like the guide is correct but im getting the wrong shows or channel, they are hallmark but not following the guide.

Then the problem lies with Gracenote. As a follow up with SD ticket, let them know the guide in WMC matches zap2it, but what is showing does not match the guide.

Could it be something as simple as the lineup having the east coast version of the channel when you should have the west coast version (so the listings are 3 hours off)?

Could be. But again, the lineups are provided by Gracenote as well. So the channels are assigned the wrong station, or the station has the wrong listings.

It appears that the west coast version of HALLHD is HALLHDP, so it would appear that since Portland is in the Pacific timezone it should have HALLHDP and not HALLHD (and likewise for the other stations).
EDIT: Yes, this does seem to be the problem. Check channel 18 in your lineup, that is the Standard Definition (SD) version of the Hallmark channel. It is HALLP, so the correct version for you timezone (Pacific).
Then check channel 718 (the HD version of Hallmark, also duplicated on 1458), and you will see that it is HALLHD when it should be the Pacific timezone one, HALLHDP. You can see that the SD schedule is shifted 3 hours ahead from this one.
So it looks like they have the correct guide listing channels for the SD versions but the wrong ones for the HD versions.
Contact Schedules Direct and tell them that these channels should be the Pacific timezone version of the channels and not the Atlantic timezone version. Also note that in addition to the 1000+ plus numbered channels, two of them also exist in the 700+ range:
HALLHD -> HALLHDP : 718, 1458
HMMHD -> HMMHDP : 719, 1459
HALLDR -> HALLDRP : 1460
(I'm actually not sure of the names for the Pacific version of all the channels, so that might be wrong, but just let them know they should be the Pacific timezone version of the channels, they should understand what to do.
