Issues downloading from Schedules Direct
Cant seem to download from schedules direct, there is a note on the FAQ page "Notice:
**** KNOWN SERVER ISSUES. TRY AGAIN LATER IF AFFECTED. ****
Possible issue with the SD-JSON server starting 2021-07-30 05:50:02 PDT (improving)"
Not improving for me in UK, anyone else having issues?

Please try now; there was a load balancer which was sending requests to a target group that had no instances in it, so there were failures. That's been fixed.

Still problems here (UK).
EPG123 often can't get a token, or it runs very slowly trying to update despite 383mbps of internet speed.
This must have been happening over past day or so because Media Center (Win8.1) is complaining now about epg being out of date.
I usually run the latest general release version of EPG 123 and have Windows 8.1 up to date in terms of patching.

I’m also in the UK and experienced token failures and slow downloads this morning.

US East coast; also had issues at 3:12am ET (10:12pm UK time). It was very slow and certain actions would time out (Timeout/Gateway Timeout:ProtocolError) and it would eventually fail. I ran it again about 25 minutes later and it was still slow and timed out once, but it completed successfully.
Another run at 7:38pm ET (2:38pm UK time) today had no issues.

Please open a ticket on the Schedules Direct website, and include any logs that you can. The servers are in an AWS autoscaling group, so the number of active instances is supposed to adjust based on load. We also use predictive scaling to have additional instances on standby, but if that's not happening, then we need timestamps to see where things aren't reacting the way they're supposed to.
