I have manually deleted the custom older logos for the 4 stations that changed on July 1st. I dragged the two of them that have correct logos from the SD side (left side) to right and that is all good. But two are still having the old logos (49.4 and 49.5).
Do I need to contact SD about that?

There are quite a few options. Certainly let SD know, but you can take care of them right now by either
1. Dragging an icon from another station that has the correct logo.
2. Find a logo online and drag it in.
3. Make your own and drag it in.
There's a lot of flexibility here.
