This is a safety feature that will abort an update in case there is something wrong with your lineups and you lose a bunch of stations. The last time you saved your configuration, you had 143 stations selected to download. On this update, there were only 96 of those 143 stations available which is 67% of the original number. The safety limit for this aborted action is 95%.
Open the configuration GUI and review your lineups and selected stations for download. 47 stations missing between 1 day and another seems excessive without some reason, but if when you review the lineups and you are okay with what you see, just click [Save] or [Save & Execute] and it will rebaseline the expected stations count to 96.

Thanks for the details on where to look. Looks like they removed all of the music channels for some reason.

May I suggest a rephrasing of that error message? The way it is now makes it appear there is an issue with Schedules Direct (which there may be if there is a lineup issue), but it points the user in the wrong direction.
Perhaps change this:
[7/1/2021 6:53:47 AM] [ERROR] The expected number of stations to download is 143 but there are only 96 stations available from Schedules Direct. Aborting update for review by user.
To something like this:
[7/1/2021 6:53:47 AM] [ERROR] Update aborted. You have selected 143 stations to download from Schedules Direct, but of those, only 96 stations are in the current lineup, please verify this lineup change is valid and then [Save] to clear the issue.

Maybe. I just added code related to this that will insert a log entry above this sanity check stating "Stations no longer available since last configuration save are: ABC, XYZ, ..." which will help identify why it failed. This entry will always be in the log if there is 1 or more "missing" station regardless whether it will pass or fail the sanity check.
