Cable Lineup not found by EPG123

EPG123 ran this morning and failed to find my Cablevision Brooklyn Lineup. Only found OTA Lineup, and produced error message

NOTE As of 1:50 PM on 06/15/2020 the problem seems to have been resolved. I made yet another trial of running EPG123 and this time it found both lineups and seems to have updated properly. I have recordings scheduled through July 2. Log Shows

Should I contact Schedules Direct? Has anyone else seen this problem? I attemoted to rerun EPG123 manually and it showed both Lineups installed but onl found channels for OTA Thank you.

Note: IAntenna for 11238. The Antenna lineup shows up in EPG123 client as lineup 1 but n EPG123 Client i have two subscribed lineups, Cablevision Device D (for my Cablecard tuner in Zip 11238 Brooklyn NY) and Antenna for 11238, but Antenna shows up as Lineup 1 and nothing shows up in Lineup 2 (or 3 or 4) in Client. Right clicking on Subscribed lineups shows I have correct lineups, and system was working reliably through yesterday. Thanks

Problem seems to be fixed, at least for now. I ran EPG123 again after lunch and this time it found both lineups and seems to have correctly updated. I will assume there was a temporary problem st Schedules Direct unless it recurs. Thanks.
