WMC shows wrong lineup name

#1

Post by kkingsto » Thu May 07, 2020 6:06 pm

Just poking around in WMC, and when I went to look at the "About Guide", I'm seeing an old EPG123 lineup name which I used before I asked Schedules Direct to add a revised Spectrum lineup (which I switched to).

Ran a setup to set up signal, and reloaded EPG123 but it still persists.

Any ideas? Right now, it's not hurting anything as the 2 lineups are basically the same.

WMC never forgets a lineup, and there is no way to delete. I have however found a way to get rid of it from the About Guide. Open the client and on the right side, select the old lineup, and then click the red 'X' beside the pulldown. You may have to extend the toolstrip to see it. This won't delete the lineup, but it will unassociate all the channels in that lineup making it empty. WMC will then not show it anymore.

That took care of it. Thank you, Gary!
