Solved: All TV tuners are currently in use

Hi,

update: I re-ran TV setup within WMC (declined the guide service) and I can now tune in channels. Looks like my EPG123 guide needs to be set back up.

I have encountered the error: "All TV tuners are currently in use."

I run Windows 7 MC with EPG123 and HDHR Prime. I have tried the following:
-reboot of PC
-reboot of router
-power cycle HDHR Prime
-update of HDHR Prime software and firmware
-repair Windows components in HDHR Prime software
-additional PC reboots

The tuner works and I can tune in a channel from another PC and from the HDHR Prime software.

I have searched this forum for that phrase in the Windows 7 forum and did not see anything yet that I have not tried (saw some hits in Windows 10 forum but were not sure they were applicable) apart from the two items below.

Is there anything else to try? (besides reinstall the OS or WMC? I would hate to lose the DRM...)
