How to change Media Centre Tuner sensitivity

I seem to remember reading a post somewhere on how to adjust the "No TV Signal found" sensitivity in Media Centre. I just hooked up a new Android box running the HDHomerun app. I currently have a few channels I can see on the TV connected to the Android Box, but I get the "No signal" message on the TV's connected through Media Centre. Both the Android box and Media Centre PC are using the same HDHomerun dual tuner. I tried to get the channels with the android box shut off, with no luck, so I do not believe it is a HDHomerun tuner issue. Would someone please guide me in the right direction as to where I would be able to find how to change this parameter. Thanks in Advance
